The detection zone boasts an ultra-smooth surface finish of Ra 0.002, minimizing signal noise and enhancing accuracy. Additionally, the optical quality of the detection area meets the stringent 20-10 scratch-dig standard, ensuring exceptional clarity for sensitive analytical applications.

To guarantee dimensional consistency, our flow cells maintain external tolerances of ≤0.05mm, allowing seamless integration into complex systems. Multiple connection options—including adhesive bonding and threaded fittings—provide flexibility for interfacing with external tubing.

We use only high-quality, fluorescence-free optical materials to eliminate background interference in sensitive detection systems. For enhanced performance, custom external coatings (e.g., anti-reflective, hydrophobic, or protective layers) can be applied to meet specific application needs.
